Returns

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at kinkon.teams@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item, subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Please note that linen is a natural fabric. Variations in texture, weave, or color, as well as natural wrinkling, are not considered defects and are part of the fabric’s character.
