Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 5 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at kinkon.teams@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item, subject to availability.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


Natural Fabric Disclaimer

Please note that linen is a natural fabric. Variations in texture, weave, or color, as well as natural wrinkling, are not considered defects and are part of the fabric’s character.
